How do I place my order?
We made super easy for you to find and order something you love on bearsurfboards.eu. Once you find your right size and select Add to cart, you’ll see a confirmation that the item is now in your shopping cart. Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, begin the checkout process. Here you can review any items in your cart.
Checkout has super easy sections. First, fill in your shipping address, you can use a saved address to quickly move to the next step. Once you've filled out the shipping information, enter your payment info. Once your information is all entered, select Review order to check all information you’ve entered and change anything, if needed. On the final step, select Pay now to submit your order. If there are any issues with information entered, an error will pop up with information on what to do in order to proceed.
You are welcome to place an order without having to create an account. No sign-up or login is required to order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.
We are only be able to cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed.
I didn’t get an order confirmation, is my order processed properly?
Each time you order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Please, check your Junk or Spam folder. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, contact our customer service. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
When will my card be charged?
When you make a purchase on bearsurfboards.eu, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card to reserve the total amount of the order. The transaction will be completed when your order is ready for shipment.

Packaging is damaged, what can I do?
Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery.
In case you detect any damage such as cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint for damaged package and contact our customer service.
In my order one item is missing
Please, check if your order has been partially confirmed; check your email to see if you have received a notification that one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable.
If you did not receive any notification and something from your order is missing, please contact our customer service. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
I received a wrong item

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Bear Surfboards customers have the right to return any product within 30 days of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service: we offer a quick and free returns procedure.
Please, don’t forget to tell us your order number. Returns are free. We will accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition: merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed; merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging (for footwear with the original box in new condition) Otherwise, it may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Packaging instructions: the item you wish to return must be unused and in original condition. Please pack the item in its original or an equivalent shipping box and do not write or attach anything on the product packaging.
If you use the original packaging material, please remove old shipping labels, stickers and other notes. Also, use clear tape or a clear plastic sleeve.
When can I return?
You have the right to return any product within 30 days of delivery.

How can I exchange an item?
We’re sorry but direct exchanges of our products are not possible.
If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.
We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 15 days.
The price of returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order.

How do I update personal info in my account?
If you'd like to make any updates to your user account, we made it easy to update shipping information from your My Account page.
Simply log in to your Bear Surfboards account, and go to Account details to edit your shipping address.
How do I get a new password?
If you forgot your username and/or password, you can request a new one here.
Submit the email address associated with your account, and you’ll receive an email to change your password.
